  docker containers, systemd timers, service HTTP checks and ntfy topics via a limited role
- extras/newtab-extension: MV3 new-tab override, zipped to static/newtab-extension.zip
- owner-only pages skip Google Analytics; /trackers/health#body anchor for weigh-ins
